Medical Malpractice is Tough to Prove, but May be Worth it.

There may be no other branch of the law tougher to prove than what attorneys refer to as Med Mal.  You had better have the resources, talent, and deep pockets to pursue it to the finish line as a law firm.  Basically, no one sues for medical malpractice unless they KNOW that their injury was the fault of a medical provider.

You wouldn’t think it were possible, but doctors have admitted lying under oath to protect a fellow doctor during a medical malpractice trial.  With a straight face they will say to a jury that a fellow colleague’s care has NOT been substandard.  Hippocrates would roll over in his grave if he knew that his oath was taken so “fast and loose”!

Someone should be there to help.  In The Great Southwest WE are that someone.  We are Ken Wagner Law with headquarters in Albuquerque but serving all of the area known as the Great Southwest.  If you or a loved one has been harmed by someone you trusted to provide medical care, please call us immediately at (505) 242-6300.

In the Category of Necessary Evil.

And the prize goes to…insurance!  You bet, insurance is at the top of the list of necessary evils in our lives.  If you are dealing with a personal injury claim you will almost certainly come into contact with an insurance company who represents either the individual or business responsible for the incident.

Here are some things insurance companies would rather you NOT know –

1. Their main source of profit is from investments…not premiums.
2. It is to their advantage to delay the claim.
3. Everything that you say and do is carefully chronicled.
4. Above all, they will negotiate with you faster if you have a lawyer!

To that last point, there is a personal injury law firm that has served the Great Southwest for decades.  It is Ken Wagner Law.  At the head of the firm is Ken himself who helped win the famous McDonald’s Hot Coffee Case.  Don’t let the insurance companies dictate the terms!  Call the office of Ken Wagner Law in Albuquerque today at (505) 242-6300.

Spring Season brings Construction Season.

Ahhh, spring has sprung!  Look at all the cranes…not the birds, the equipment.  With warmer weather in the Great Southwest will come more construction sites.  It’s a great thing, generally…more jobs, more opportunities for community growth, BUT more potential accidents at construction sites.

Let’s review some of the potential hazards of construction sites.

1.  The potential of carbon monoxide poisoning increases.
2.  Electrocution…don’t touch that wire!
3.  Things falling from the sky…look out below.
4.  Accidents on cranes and forklifts and other machinery.
5.  And, the obvious…people falling from dangerous heights.

Insurance companies want you to settle quickly and quietly without fanfare.  WE want you to get all of the compensation to which you are entitled.  We are Ken Wagner Law…one of the Great Southwest’s leading construction accident defense attorney firms.  Please call us at our Albuquerque office if you or a loved one has been involved at (505) 242-6300.

Is it Safe?

That is a famous line from a movie delivered by Laurence Olivier.  It applies here because we want to make you aware of product safety in America and the Great Southwest specifically.  So many items that we use each day may not be safe for proper human interaction.  If you or a family member are affected by an unsafe product you need to take action!

This includes a wide range of products such as –

1.  The vehicles we ride in or drive each day
2.  The very tires on those vehicles
3.  The medicines that you take
4.  Equipment used when manufacturing a product
5.  Simple household appliances
6.  Even the food we consume in restaurants

There are many, many more examples of product defects out there and you have a champion on your side if you or a loved one have been harmed.  He is Ken Wagner the man who helped win the famous McDonald’s Hot Coffee Case.  Do not let another minute pass!  Call the Albuquerque office of Ken Wagner Law at (505) 242-6300.
