Winter Weather = Increases in Car Accidents.

It is about as simple as 1 + 1 = 2.  When winter weather episodes occur on the highways and biways of the Great Southwest car accidents increase.  We who live in the Albuquerque area and beyond know how quickly road conditions can change.  Winter has a long way to go and we can tell you to slow down, but that may not be enough.

Watch for changing weather conditions such as high winds, low temperatures, fog, rain, and heavy snow reducing visibility.  One out of every four vehicle accidents are weather related according to the Federal Highway Administration!  For one thing, even if we DO drive cautiously car defects are more common in the winter.

We hope that you stay safe this winter, but if you are involved in a vehicle collision due to winter driving or for any other reason please turn to the half-century of experience provided by Albuquerque car accident lawyer Attorney Ken Wagner.  Ken and his staff will assist you in navigating through the troubled waters of getting your full compensation.  Call (505) 242-6300.
