Now That’s Just Bad Faith.

Every insurance company out there is required to investigate, negotiate, and finally settle claims in good faith.  It automatically exists in every insurance contract and is known as the implied covenant of good faith and dealing with each claimant fairly.  When insurance companies violate this duty NOT autonomous.  They can be held liable in a court of law.

Here are some examples of insurance company’s bad faith –

1.  They deny your claim without any good reason.
2.  Payment on a valid claim seems to take forever.
3.  When they finally do settle, they offer significantly less money than you deserve.
4.  They wave their sabers and make threatening comments.
5.  No documentation of their decision is provided.

They may be big and have huge advertising budgets, but they are not above reproach.  If you feel that you have been aggrieved by an insurance company, please call Ken Wagner Law of Albuquerque right away.  Ken and his team will bring decades of experience in dealing with “the big boys” to aid you in The Great Southwest.  Just call (505) 242-6300.
